All insurance coverage will be verified prior to your surgery. If you have any questions and have not been contacted prior to your surgery, please give us a call at 214-647-5300 and ask to speak to an insurance verifier. You are responsible for all deductibles, co-pay or co-insurance amounts. If available, an estimate of the amount you will owe will be provided by our insurance verifiers prior to your surgery. This amount is an estimate only, since the amount may vary if your physician does a procedure that differs from what was scheduled. We ask that you come prepared to pay any deductible, co-pay or co-insurance amounts. If you need to make financial arrangements, please notify us prior to the day of surgery.

We will file a claim with your insurance company after the completion of your procedure.

TIS Current Insurance Contracts

Patients who are paying cash for their procedure, must pay the entire fee prior to surgery. TIS will not file insurance claims for patients who have received a cash discount. This fee includes only routine facility charges. Fees for x-rays, pathology, blood work or other lab charges will be additional.

TIS will bill for the facility’s fees only. You may receive a bill from others who have participated in your care, including your surgeon, anesthesia provider, pathologist and radiologist.

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, personal check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
